OPEN HOURS:

During July and August, both the Museum and Genealogy Center and the S Road School are open to the public on Fridays from 1 to 4pm. From mid-October through April (except December 15 - January 10) members are usually present at the Museum on Thursday afternoons from 1 to 3 pm for work sessions at which time visitors are welcome.

If you are traveling from some distance, please email SBHistorical@gmail.com or call 207-315-0558 before visiting to confirm the open hours schedule. Arrangements can also be made for a visit to the Museum or School at other times by contacting SBHS by email or phone.

The distance from Main St., Damariscotta to the S Road School is about 10 miles: to the SBHS Museum is about 12 miles. The School is on the right at the intersection of Route 129 and the S Road. The Museum is the fourth building on left after the swing bridge.
